Documentary & Editorial Photography
Rooted in Real Life
My work begins in the streets.
Long before commercial assignments and editorial commissions, I was photographing everyday life, Â observing how people move through cities, how light shapes a moment, and how stories quietly unfold in ordinary places.
That documentary approach continues to shape everything I do today. Whether I’m working on a commercial campaign, an editorial assignment, or a long-term personal project, the goal remains the same: to create images that feel natural, honest, and connected to the place where they are made.
Based in Costa Rica, I work with publications, brands, and organizations looking for photography that feels real rather than staged, Â visual storytelling grounded in observation and experience.
Documentary Photography and Visual Storytelling
Documentary photography teaches patience and observation. It’s about recognizing meaningful moments rather than forcing them to happen. That approach continues to guide my work across editorial, commercial, and independent projects.
Much of my visual language comes from photographing daily life in different cities and cultures. Street photography trained me to react quickly to light, gesture, and human interaction, skills that naturally translate into professional assignments.
